just watch 3 tank drivers dominate the field but they refused to get out and grab points and we won with ease, yet they are gonna be getting more sp and isk then me, makes no sense. |

We're in beta with a very limited version of basically what High-Sec battles would look like. I get the feeling this is also a lot more similar to PvE battles than the actual ISK-to-win battles in PvP.
So for now, it's ok. Later on I'm guessing it'll change. |

What did you do to try and stop it? In any game I am in, enemy tanks either run away the whole time or die fast.
Think of it as a predator prey ecosystem. Too many tanks should encourage more builds that 'feed' on them by using AV weapons |

I actually totally agree here. If you want to race for extermination, play Ambush. Failure should not be rewarded, at least not nearly as well as success.
I don't imagine many EVE corporations will say "Aww...well, you sure tried didn't you? Look at all those kills! I mean, I did lose every district on the planet, but E for Effort. Here's a few million ISK each. |

Make it so you get the SP of your counterpart on the losing team as well as yours. So if you finish first you get your SP for winning plus the SP of the #1 player on the losing team (they get it as well, but the same amount is added to yours). that would make for an excellent reward system. |

PDIGGY, youve been whining a lot lately. Pick up a Forge gun ir get your ass in a dropship. I personally hate tanks and love using my proto forge gun on them, but you make these radical ideas and scenarios up all over one or two bad matches. Losing already only nets you only 50% of the ISK and SP you would have got if you would have win, and you're not thinking about the guy thats getting overwhelmed, yet stays to figt in a losing team. Ragequits would be the norm if your ideas were implemented. So, just get good. |

Kill the entire losing team at the end for losing side. Lose and you lose your Sagaris/Surya. No ISK/SP decrease otherwise yhe rich get rich, the poor stay poor. Btw people bitching at Pdiggy to kill tanks they won AGAINST the surya's because the drivers wouldn't cap objectives. Stop bitching and read. |

Disregard my earlier suggestion as this seems like a decent penalty for losing. |

Is that true? Because if it is it really needs publicising more so fools might stop trying to max their KDR instead of PTFO. If they thought hacking might (effectively) double their points they might even stop shooting long enough to give it a try... |

I died ONCE in the match and my team won, this isnt about taking out tanks, it's about sp and isk.
also you act like i can just spec intp another proto weapon with ease LOL |

You know how there are people who have said they're LOSING money on each battle?
Pretty sure there's already a penalty for losing.
And I'm pretty sure there are negative modifiers on the losing team's SP and ISK earnings too, as mentioned. |

Only paid tanks, like we had in the last build, and limited spawns for them like we have on this build?

CCP already said that there will be no merc vehicles in the released game. So that gets rid of vehicle spamming and free vehicles in the ISK sense. Then vehicles will cost Warpoints to call in to the battlefield which will get rid of free vehicles in the Warpoints sense. For right now just test what they are giving us in the beta. |

There is no way CPP will approve "No earnings for loosing team" The suggestion alone clearly states you have no idea how to develop a game.
What do you do if you're forced out of money because you've been dropped into loosing battles time and time again? When there are larger and larger quantities of users such a conditoin will become more and more common.
A "No Hope Corner" is one of the dumbest things you could suggst for an MMO. EVERY MMO has a way to recover under your own effort. Effort in has always had benefits of resources collected. Just because your teammates won't work together to cap an objective, doesn't mean that someone who spent all their time effectively capping and controlling a point should earn nothing. |

And if you mean MILITIA vehicles, I must have missed that too, because I haven't seen confirmation that they won't be in. But they HAVE confirmed no vehicles will be FREE. Which means that any Militia vehicles that ARE in the game will still need to be bought individually. |
