Quote:Make navigating between your Skills list, your Fits and the Marketplace fewer button presses. Put in shortcuts. This can be so easily fixed by direct-linking the menus for all of this info straight in the NEOCOM's menu. Why they haven't done this is still beyond me. I mean, really... there is so much unused space in there begging to be filled with all of these sub-menus as direct short-cuts.
Quote:When the marketplace loads, please donGÇÖt select and load GÇÿStorefrontGÇÖ unless it is a lot quicker. Everyone just Circles back from it anyway and goes to the department they want to buy from. This one kinda' only makes sense. Then, again, they may be trying to get your interest in the items that they are promoting. The they should consider taking a page from Google and Facebook and providing some targeted ads for the type of character that you have. But I don't know if that's at all feasible for CCP to pull of right now or ever.
Quote:When you finish a battle, please return directly to the Battle Lounge, without first loading the slow Merc Quarters. If the player then presses Start, then you can load the Merc Quarters. But most of the time, we want to get back into the action! Oh, man, this. this is such an obvious deal don't try to take to some place that only serves to distract me and takes my time away from what I want to do (killing people) I can certainly take myself some time there (this can be done in all of 3 minutes) while the server re-arranges the reams if it needs to do it. That short amount of time is enough to get me ready for another battle.
So in essence, the process to getting into a battle should be: 1 - Start the game. 2 - Go to lobby for matchmaking. 3 - Go kill ****. 4 - See your results. 5 - Repeat step 2.
Quote:Hyperlink the skills in item descriptions to the skill books to buy them. This one is a very useful idea. While we're at it,the descriptions should also have an indicator of what's your current level of the skills learned besides the (somewhat) ambiguous red x that just tells you that you're not at the required level. |
