Or are you primarily just skilling up your character? Been saving for the prototype assault dropsuit for a while, just don't know if it's worth it in the long run when I could be using what I saved on skills |

As for proto armor. It is definately worth it. But you will have to pay a lot of isk to be using em. |

I pumped up electronics/engineering and got a prototype AR and type 2 assault dropsuit. Now I spend skills as I see fit, which so far has been some shield upgrades, repair upgrades (armour repair is ever so useful) and vehicle/turret upgrades. Currently I'm trying to get an advanced dropsuit (only 200000 to go...).
Basically, I just decide what I want to get and work from there. |

Only 1m here, but I got beta today though so I guess it is quite good.
You should look at spending SP as an investment, if you spend X amount of SP in a certain skill it might make you die less and get more kills resulting in more ISK and a higher SP gain. |

Edit - Wanted to add that it proves that actual skill is more important than SP.. I trend towards the top slots of my team. |

Right now I'm saving up 1.7M for level 5 on armour, and then another 1.7M for Gallente dropship 3, simply because I'm running out of skills to add to my tank. |

I just got my prototype assault dropsuit last night and for the record it has:
3 high slots
4 low slots
1 light weapon slot
1 small weapon slot
1 grenade slot
2 equipment slots
With shield 3 complex shield mods and 3 basic armor plates (1 rep) the suit has 745 EHP and my dropsuit skills aren't that great.
Just a bit of info to help in your decision, wish I had known what slots it had before investing into it. I don't regret it though. |

4.5 mil SP here on main character, 1 mil on each of my alt characters. Couple friends are around 10 mil each |
