I'm a level 3 Sniper Riple Operation and although I can equip the the Charge Sniper Rifle I can't fire it in-game. Is that a bug or am I missing something?

i think the charge sniper rifle work on the same principal as the forge gun u need to hold and charge it dont take my word for it tho just a guess as i cant use that rifle |

As there is no longer a charge indicator as in last build, you have to memorize how long it takes to hold a charge which 2-3s approx.
So keep the firing button pressed for a few seconds and release. |

Press and hold R1 for a bit. Give it about 4-5 seconds to charge up. It fires as soon as you release the trigger. Charge sniper rifles operate differently than the typical ones. |

Charge Rifle and Swarm Launcher "ready to fire" indicators would be really useful. I hate when I pull or release the trigger a split second too soon and have nothing happen.
It's especially annoying with the Swarm Launcher, as there is a proficiency skill to increase its firing speed. (Not actually noticing much of a difference at lvl 2, but the mere thought that the window might have changed slightly is messing with my timing.) |

According to the Charged Sniper Rifle's description, though, it's SUPPOSED to be able to fire weak, fast shots or strong, slow shots. I used it for a while and never really noticed a "weak, fast shot" method of firing the gun... |

Thanks for the help, guys. I've tried to press R1 longer and it works. Now I can use the Charge Sniper Rifle and the Swarm Launcher to kill even more enemies. ;)
By the way, you're right: there should be a visual cue. I hope it gets fixed soon. |
