At first, I'll take a full mercenary approach, but over time I'll probably end up joining a corp, or maybe starting one if I can get a few of my Assassin's Creed clan members to join me. |

When you say corp do you mean in Dust or in EVE? I plan on staying with a Dust corp that doesn't necessarily ally themselves with a specific EVE corp. |

it depends how active my alliance is, we are only about 200 people so if they get some more people in to dust and form up i will follow them, if not i will porbs join a Amarr FW or something like that |

I'll probably join a DUST merc corp, if I find a decent one. People who have played EVE know how hard it is to find a decent corp with decent people...

Being an eve player, I , and my corp mates, will be directly tied to our eve corp. We already do merc work, so this will just be a new addition to the portfolio.
Also, we have no allegiances in EvE. So if you hire us to kill corp A, and then Corp A hires us to kill you.... welcome to EvE |

Well I'll definitely be true and loyal to my Corp Community. Now who we will be loyal to is the big unknown right now. We are a honorable bunch and would prefer to do business with those like us (damn few).
But as I understand it, trust in the EVE universe is the rarest commodity of all, and likely to get you killed.
So I'm inclined to say we'll keep our options open and keep a watchful eye.
But rest assured...we aim to misbehave |

At first ill take the merc approach and work for the highest bidder, but once full communication is up and running in the game, I'll start to talk to EVE players and other mercs with a like mindset, fact is, I'm probably going to join fully for a corporation in the long run, whether it be an Dust 514 corporation or an EVE corporation, I can't say.. All I'm looking for is loyalty and comunication on the battlefield, if your my squadmates and I see your pinned down by gunfire, or getting into a firefight with two or three opponents best believe I'll be running toward you to try to help, never know when the tables will turn and I'LL NEED HELP. Also communication is a must, I need to know what's going on with the other squadmates so I can act accordingly, Im a true honest soldier, I'll take my orders and do the best I can with them, or if I see an alternative, I'll let u guys know before I do it, I'm a fan of high risk, high reward scenarios and I will be undoubtedly the first to agree on the risky scenario and want to be in thin of it when it all goes down |

what makes me laugh is that they imagine that this will be a problem for us - we get paid to fight. Its what we expect and want. This will just spur us on.
What would kill dust mercs off right away IS IF NO ONE HIRES US and all we can do is grind in NPC hi sec wars.
But for a$$hattery like this we need a common channel to blacklist these idiots.
And as I have said previously - what happens when said dust corps hire an eve corp to war dec and grief them for days...
If you wonder how effective this could be I suggest you read the adventures of TRAPS corp on eve-pirate.
They also seem to forget that some Dusters may actually have been playing Eve FAR longer than them, and have bigger wallets to hire bigger friends, or simply just have friends who will join in a$$hattery for shats n giggles

I got over 8 corps in an alliance before it's shown how the corporation management and corporate assets will change from dust.
But we got EVE corp management to look at.
Wonder how corp hangers would work and permissions in corp would be set up in dust. |

You say you're kidding, but having a truly non-combatant medic corporation would actually be pretty awesome.
Especially if you could get a few large corporations to make hold-fire agreememts with you so your guys don't get shot by skilled players. |

I'll probably start my own semi-casual corp and recruit like minded players I play with in various other games. I've always enjoyed the camaraderie of guilds/clans in MMOs when they aren't taken too seriously. |
