Let me start of by saying that this is very enjoyable and am loving the concept but few things niggle me and I would imagine others as well
1. Reload animation (part from being drastically long) in CQC is flawed if am shooting and have hit reload but an enemny comes close you should be able to interupt the reload to melee but you cant ...this is drastically annoying and top that of many times if will do the reload animation bu not actully reload the gun.
2. Button lock ups for example if am crouching I should be able to sprint straight out of crouch without having to re press triangle to stand up also same for aiming down sights (ADS) if am holding L1 and errr reload or do another action and have not let go of L1 i should automatically go straight to ADS not have to let go and re press L1 again.
3. explosive animations dont always show up espcailly when thrown at vehicels.
4. spawning ...please dont do what COD did it needs be more diperse or option to control decent in a local area or something.
Had more but cant remember but those ones that stuck out
What I would like to see is more interactive enviroments so many FPS that have pretty maps but nothing interactive like harsh enviroments, ability to destroy large structures on enemys ....heck even knocking things over for cover. Am sure many fans would enjoy this and would make maps more interesting.

1. Reloading will stop if you sprint, jump, or get into a vehicle. I've never experienced that problem (reload animation but no reload), but if you've done one of the above, then that's the solution. I find crouching in this game does next to nothing, although the point about melee is understandable.
2. Sprinting out of crouch: Try it in real life. Can you sprint from crouching? No, you have to move positions first, just to shift your centre of mass. Reload: No, if I'm reloading, I wouldn't want to go back into ADS. What if someone sneaks around behind you in the 3 seconds it takes to reload an AR? It would be horrid if you then lost a few valuable seconds by hitting L1 then try to find him again.

As for interactive environments... It would be nice, and I don't doubt that CCP may consider it for either release or a future expansion (since CCP is very well known for its free biannual expansion packs for EvE). |

I think the spawn system is very good. If you think about it you spawn off a clone bay or point. You will be in the same spot.. The thing is do not spawn near a point that is being capped that has a lot of people you can see on the map right by your spawn.. If there is a tank by the spawn point do not spawn there, it will probley kill you.. You have to spawn smart.. If you spawned randomley it would be really hard to cap a point because if 5 people spawn on it and they are all over they can easley take you over, but if you only spawn in one area you can contain teh spawns and take the point. |

Problem with reload is that if it gets interrupted it starts again from the beginning what makes it even more annoying is that you can't reload your weapon until it's depleted which I can tell you is awesomely irritating when you're a sniper or just low on bullets with SMG. |

You can reload. Just hit square, that reloads no matter how much ammo you have left in the magazine.
As for Anathema, no. If it's random spawn, you can surprise a few of them by appearing where they don't expect you, maybe kill a few and then if you die, you've helped the team. As it is, if they start capturing A, B or C with even one person, they've won that point because you can't contest it. If you spawn to try to retake, they'll probably have a remote explosive down, or sit behind your FOV waiting for you to spawn so you can't kill them. What's the point in counter hacks if that's the case?This is a really big problem at both A and B. C is semi-decent as there's heavy cover very nearby, and enemies are afraid to come too close in case there people they can't see.
Before you say "spawn at a different spawn" again, if you do, you've lost that point. Simple as. In an objective based game, keeping the objectives is key, and not dying isn't such a high priority. If I can manage to recap that point, it will probably save the game. Often, I let my teammate fight off an enemy or two while disarming the virus or stopping the reboot, then help him after. If I can stall for 30 seconds, that can be the difference between losing and winning.
That is why something must be done about spawn camping. The game isn't about one person being able to dominate a single spawn point, it's about teamwork. If five people spawn randomly and destroy you, or you and two others, that's good gameplay. If you sit there and blow up five people as they spawn with a grenade, or remote explosive, then that's **** poor gameplay. It leads to a huge bias in the match which skews it too far in one direction, and hence, in a fast paced FPS, must be changed. |
