The skill Shield Management, (Shield Management: +5% to dropsuit and vehicle maximum shield.) seems to not be affecting the maximum shield strength of the HAV. I noticed the inconsistency when upgrading Shield Management from L3 to L4 and having no change in Shield HP. Specifically noticed this on my Sargaris with 6005 maximum shield hp. That is all :). |

I'll add this here too:
Shield management doesn't look like it affects dropsuits either. I'm not 100% certain, but I'll be able to check soon, I think I'm almost at the point of being able to level it up again.
Mechanics, however, affects dropsuits, but does NOT affect vehicles. (at least in the fitting screen)
Edit: Shield operation does not affect vehicles either. It appears to affect dropsuits. |

I think there is a major bug where all of the skills do not apply to vehicles because neither of those skills worked for me and the CPU reduction for shield boosters didn't work either |

is it all vehicles, or just militia ones? in eve, prereqs often determine what something is and what skills affect it. if this is only happening to militia vehicles, that might be the issue. in theory we could just make them take vehicle command 1 and tie those skills to things with that specific prereq so it would work on all. |

I assumed that all the vehicle skills are applied but not shown because I have all shield based stuff at level 3/4 and the skills bonuses do not show up on the fitting screen. |

There's also the possibility that they only apply in the field. EVE is often like this, and not all stats are correctly displayed unless you're actually undocked, in the ship, and with everything online. |
