I think to make a good use on the LEFT on the D-Pad in battle is to have a Fire Mode Selector where we can toggle like Auto/Burst/Single shots of fire for a tactical advantage for the people who use the higher RoF and/or Breach Auto weapons.(example,Assault Rifles and Sub-machine Guns)
Before you join the Pi$$ off and angry party and calling it a BF3 copy off and start harassing me and other people who might like this idea. Just hear me out on how people can probably benefit from it.
1# More accuracy when firing on burst or single shot(s) mode
2# Ties with number 1, less ammo being wasted when firing from afar to kill someone.
This is it for what I and other people might want please reply if you guys are reading this, on ideas to make this idea better. |

I'd rather that button be for push to talk. Shame about the limited amount of buttons on a Playstation controller.
Your idea is okay though |

We already have these capabilities, but it is based on the weapon you choose to start with. If you want a slow fire weapon go for a breech... What rapid fire go for assault.
No, once CCP starts putting in racial weapons, then I would say consolidate their existing weapon selections and create a selector, but otherwise keep them as they are currently.
