Hi,
personally i am a huge fan of interactive Maps, where you have to hide from Orbital Blasts or fight on moving train (yeah Killzone).
Some ideas like Dark Planets where you can see only the most of the map when the lightning flashes or where tower collapses and deform the Battlefield or simply add different gravity.
Of course many people want static Maps where they can concentrate on fighting but some more experienced maps would also be a great improvement.

They're starting off with "temperate" planets - basically, if people are likely to live there, we'll see it in game on release.
Later on, "barren" planets with less habitable environments will potentially be included. Gravity, massive electrical storms, fighting on man-made platforms within a gas giant...
There are SO many possibilities to consider... Sounds fun. |

were on a barren though...
and watch Seeding the Universe.
there are nodes that people can edit after they own the battlefield, so even if you fight the same planet and district most likely will look and play differently.
One thing i love about dust's possible future. |

Destructive maps are very unlikely. I don't think the Unreal 2 Engine is build to handle that, and i don't think it could do that without a lot of tweaking to the structure. Maybe when the PS4 comes out they'll put Dust on Frostbite 2 ;) |

!
I like the idea of low light/dark battlefieds illuminated by gunfire and maybe the sporadic flash of lightening?
Weather variations would also be welcome. |

along with destructive and interactive maps i would like to see the terrain naturally change through the course of the match. for example on an ice planet (map) i think it would be cool if the ground would crack under your feet and eventually give, like if a tank drove over a thin layer it would fall through the ice revealing a new section of the map. or on a lava map have a volcano explode off in the distance and then it begin to rain ash and lava cut off sections of the map. ETC ETC i mean i know this probably cant happen but since if some of planets are uninhabitable then shouldnt that mean unstable and have all kinds of climate changes like i mentioned above. i want the map characteristics to go much farther than just lightning storms or cloudy planets limiting vision. |

That could also open up an the possibility of having a set of dropsuite modules that augment how your HUD works.
