So, I got a beta key and was entered into MPT, but tonight when I tried to log on, it said my key was inactive.. I was very disappointed. However, I had read that some players had gotten beta keys that had quit working on their main accounts, but worked on the other accounts on their PS3's. This is the case for me. I cannot log on with the account I put the beta key on, but my account from a year ago is working... I logged on, did character creation, and got in a game. I would really like to know what's going on, as I don't want to use this old account, I want to use My account. Anyone else experiencing this? |

an number of ppl are going through this (not me) if you can shell out a whoping 20$ on your main account for the merc pack you can have a full access beta pass along with stuff well worth the money, though i wouldnt know personally since my beta key still works for me. i also notice that those who have the beta keys invalid didnt log on for maybe a week, but i guess thats coincidence |

The issue isn't that I can't play, but rather I can play on an account that I never got a key for. The account that I entered the key on is no longer working, but the old account is. I'm wondering if maybe the key is attached to my main email, and my main email is attached to my old account? I made a secondary email for my main account on PSN, so I wonder if perhaps its got something to do with that? |

Even though i'm not an expert i do think that it have indeed to do with the binding of your beta to the old email (which was the whole point of doing it. Preventing people you share your ps3 with to just enter the beta with their unworthy accounts). You should not even be able to log into the forum with your new email, only with the old one (the one you tied to the key) |

well, what happened was I have the account tied to an @live.com email, but when i logged into the beta I gave it my @gmail.com email so that i would receive updates and newsletters in the proper location... The thing is, the main account is tied to the @live.com, and the old account is tied to the @gmail.com account. Also what's strange, is that I got on the forums with the @live.com account, but I'm playing the game on the @gmail.com account... I confused as to what happened.. |

I've not heard of this issue before, so I can't really say anything. However, I can provide some advice, in that you may try using the support email address they provide in the email you should have received and ask what's going on there or if you can work something out. |

I'm having the exact same problem. I had full beta access through MPT key, had a break from playing for about a week till the first update came out. Now I am unable to log in on my main account without the voucher expiry/validity message pop up but I am able to log in through my secondary PSN ID. I've contacted support but they just said both accounts are active! Let me know if you get any resolution on this and I'll do the same |

not able to comment on the issue about one account unable to play and another able to play.
but let me say that ALL accounts on your PS3 can play Dust514. and you can have Dust514 Activated on TWO PS3's. each with how ever many accounts you want to play Dust on. :) |

Well then why can't I play on the account I used to activate the beta!? D: I'm stuck with the name "Shaco Mordekaiser" now, Veigar is way cooler! |

also, (i believe you said you had limited code and then bought the Merc Pack?) try going back to your Dust Beta Download and select to download, you dont have to download it but just let the PS3 say "Activating" then you can cancel the download. i know that when i bought the Merc Pack i failed to see if there was a download (i was already in all access beta) but i tried to go back to the "Merc Pack" and it wanted another $20. you can find previously downloaded content in the "Download List" also, check your Services List under Account Management and verify that the Merc Pack is listed there. |

Nah I don't have the merc pack, however the confirmation email I received seemed to be for the full access beta, there was no mention of "limited" anywhere in there. All it said was that I had been accepted into the beta and i was now a part of Mordu's Private Trials. |

Weird. Normally their should be something in the email that says something about the beta event weekend and how it end's on monday, but the Mordu's Private Trails I'm pretty sure was supposed to be one that's full access. |

Yeah that was my understanding too about MPT.
It said servers were active 11am thursday to 11am monday, but it didn't have any dates attached to those times. I would like to have my other character back. However, I am happy with this Arkombine... This loadout is much nicer haha |
