As the title says, I saw the codes being given away on the Dust twitter page. I punched one in, not expecting to get anything, but it gave a download for Mordu's Private Trials. Thinking that it was an all-access pass like described on twitter, I downloaded and installed. However, when I load the game, it says that the account is either expired or not active yet. Any help? |

Didn't think to post this in tech support/bugs until after I posted about it in feedback/requests, but I had the same issue:
The other night, after I found a response noting that those of us that played this past weekend would not retain access for the next beta weekends, I went digging around for beta codes on various social media sites. I redeemed several of them in the Playstation Store, as a user is supposed to, and while each worked and gave me the option to download the client, none of them actually gave me any access to the game.
This is somewhat of a problem. This means that there's actually no way for a user to tell whether the code they just used that released 5 minutes ago was already noticed and used by someone else until they've already downloaded the client, set up a character, and tried to enter their Merc Quarters.
Just a heads up, as I think there should be something to inform the user that the code they've used is invalid in the Playstation Store, so they don't waste their time downloading the client thinking they'll get into the game.
Also, before you ask, yes, I have checked my email to make sure there was no authentication/validation/activation email sent that would be required before I gained access. |

I got my code from playstation home on the weekend played a bunch, now im denied access into the game, I find this annoying because I like this game. Also would have been nice to have a heads up about this deactivation of my key. |

You're certain it was from Playstation Home? I'm not sure, but I thought those were to be all access...Had you registered for the beta before doing anything with PS Home? |

I had registered to get a key then saw the way to get it via home and did. (on the weekend) And i thought they were all access too |

The confusion on the all access part is the Home codes are for one beta event only, last weekend for example. The twitter code said all access:
"And here's a second #dust514 all access beta code for North America. KPNH-RENM-KJ2P Still without? http://www.dust514.com/mercpack" |

How'd you receive your code? Email/PSN message? You may have only received a code for access for this last weekend. |

I got mine "on the screen" you could say not from email, or message.P eople who got it via home would know. And it did work, just only Saturday and Sunday. |

:( I liked playing this game, I would like to play it more (without merc pack). Hope CCP sees this and can shine some light on the topic as many people are effected by it. |

As far as I'm able to tell right now, their default response is basically that unless you received a code prior to the weekend event, you purchase a Merc Pack, or, and this isn't part of their default response, you snag a code from one of their social media site profile feeds, you're out of luck until they do another event or release some more codes on those site profile feeds.

There should be another beta event on next week and every 2nd week there after or at least that's the initial plan. |
