Is this when you try buying form the available skills menu, when you buy from the market, or both. |

Yeah, I got this trying to buy logistics suits skill earlier, both from skill menu giving the error and the transaction just never completing from the market.
I figured I'd go do festive holiday stuff involving explosives and hope the market is running more smoothly later tonight. |

i have this issue also, + got an error saying i must delete game and redownload, so i did and still have the issue |

I'm having this problem on multiple skill books now. I want to upgrade my stuff but can't really need an official line on this as its such a game breaker of a glitch. Oh and the market won't work full stop for me so I'm stuck with militia crap until its fixed answers please ccp when will this be fixed? |

Yeah same problem want to upgrade to use better weaponry but can't due to Electronics Upgrade Skill Book missing. I also tried to buy another and it said it cost twice what was displayed and therefore couldn't. |

This is a known issue and likely will be fixed on next build on beta weekend ie. on next week assuming they deliver new content for each beta weekend. |
