Maybe it is a bit strange request, but I'm slightly dissappointed that I can see almost no link between CCP and DUST community. There are sometimes news, tweets, videos, but I see a lack of communication. That is the thing I always loved in CCP - interaction with the community: posts, devblogs, events, livechats. And now it's strange not to see this. Even on the forum - almost no posts from devs last weekend, first public beta test. I know that they are busy making this great game, but I dont think that small talk on the forum would ruin their deadlines. But it can be a good motivation for people.
Does anyone feel the same? |

They do post occasionally, But a couple of guys assigned to keeping in contact with the fans on the forums would be welcome. It'd be nice to feel that the things were all talking about are being seen and understood. |

Absolutely agree with you Xndr 78th. If anything, this should be the time when we get more communication than even the EVE Online players currently get from CCP. This is a bold new project. It should have their full attention and efforts in a time that could make or break it. If we report poor relations with them at this point, that looks bad for them and for their project's future. |

Even if we're not posting heavily that doesn't mean your feedback isn't making its way to the developers. |

Holy cow, it's working!
Sure, somewhere deep in our mind we know^W hope that you guys are reading this forum and taking notes. But I think that direct communication is a good way to start building trust between devs and the community and to show that we are not alone here. I know, that strong relations between devs and players are somewhere in your goal list, so, please, dont waste a good opportunity to start them in this beta test.

the problem is the devs could spend everyday posting and people will still ***** global agenda devs used to sit in IRC all day and people where like OMG NO DEVS so please dont go overboard much rather you build the game then spend all day your telling us your building it |

Its vacation time. I bet everything is a bit slow at times like this. I sure can tell that at my job there is a lot of workers off duty. And things tend to move a bit slower. Give it some time and see how it is in mid August then things start to pick up. I take this from my life experience so far. |

It is true that a lot of people are on vacation in Reykjavik but us in Shanghai keep listening to you. Keep up the good work with the feedback and suggestions guys, we really appreciate it and read it constantly. :) |
