Still unable to purchase using this method, just get the spinning wheel.
Same here  ... Hopefully this gets fixed soon. I haven't been able to purchase a thing and would like to experiment with more than just the basics |

I was having the same problems with my market aswell but after a restart of the game i can now use the market. Hope this helps. |

I have the same issue. When I try to purchase a new skill, or any item whatsoever, I get a spinning wheel that spins constantly.
Will try the workaround, but at the moment it leaves me stuck with only my base skills for levelling and no option to purchase better equipment.
I have also had a couple of spinning wheel instances on the initial load screen, after the sync and update completes but before the spaceships and "Press Start" screen appears. |

Just tried purchasing Vehicle Command through my character sheet. Received "The skill book was not found on the market" :/

The current workaround (which is not ideal) is quitting out of DUST and re-launching the game, obviously this is not awesome, but it resolves the issue.
I had this happen to me yesterday, couldn't purchase Shield Re-chargers from the MP, or Skill books from the Character Sheet. Rebooted the game, and hasn't occurred since then. |

Still a problem. I can buy Assault Rifles but Drop Uplinks is infinite load and so is trying to buy Logistics Type-II.
Any word at all from CCP? |

I'm having the market time out as well. It happens when loading certain categories (armor rep equipment) and when purchasing some items (any skillbook). Skillbooks show as unseeded in the skills menu.
Loading another screen from the neocom will get you out of the bugged window. |

You don't need to reset the game, just log off PSN from XMB and you'll be thrown in to the Dust 514 log in screen. Then just log back in and you'll be able to log in dust servers.
and yes it's happening to me as well, along with the game getting stuck on the buying process. Why can't we just cancel the loading. It should cancel the loading with the circle but it currently fails to do so -> bug. |

I just had this happen Today but it was only with Armor mods Right after i stilled mechanics to LVL 4 all other market options apper to work tried a reset of game and still having issues |
