Hope there's not the same question somewhere else on the forum, surched but didn't find it.
So my problem is, when I try to go to the skill panel to launch a trainning for a skill, I see the loading wheel that turn for ever.
I have to quite and relaunch the game to be able to play.
Am I the only one to experience this problem?
Is the first time in the skill panel very long to load? |

A friend of mine had this problem. He solved it by changing console language to English (was Russian before that). |

I had that problem too, actually i must say it doesn't turn forever... i had to go out and i left the wheel where it was, after coming back after a couple of hours it had loaded the screen.... However any change (let's say like increasing a skill, you know i suspect that's the point of the skill panel after all) trigger the "Infinite Wheel of Agony" once again. Also, based on a second and a third test, i must say 30min are not enough to please the "Infinite Wheel of Agony"....
Somewhere i read a player advice: "change language settings to English, it should work", can't give credits.
Changed System language form Italian to English, and it worked like a charm, also experienced reduced time on other loading that previously took far more (like the character select, you see a ship... then it goes to a blockade... then the planet... well i was close to see the mercs themselves on the planet such long was the waiting  ). Also PEGI 16, and CCP logo doesn't used to trigger any sound while playing with Italian system language.
