i was in a missile installation and was shooting the ship that was coming in for a landing at first i was getting no points for it so i hopped in and out of the installation finely after ever 4 shots i was getting 15 points than i had to target some players and a tank after killing them i went back to shooting the ship and once again got no points from shooting the ship i did the hop out and in thing again and could not get any points from shooting the ship for the rest of the match . this has happened many times b4 in both builds , never took the time to sit a whole match and test this though b4 . also was wondering why forge guns and missile launchers dont do dmg to the ship even when parked on top of the incoming ship and shooting point blank . |

As long as it has shield you will not get any points, when shield is down you should get points, thats how it works for me anyways. |

I tried this earlier today, got points for hitting MCC while it had shields but there was no discernible pattern. I was curious like the OP and actually stayed till the end, no points for destroying it, maybe accumulated 90wps throughout the shield, but none during armor. |

I shot the MCC from some turrets for fun but I got no points for it. You get points for shooting it?! |

Yes, You only get packs of 15 points for hitting the MCC, but it is sporadic and unpredictable at best. 90% of your attacks will not deal any damage. |

I think this needs to be changed. There should be a way to add in supplemental MCC damagers. Maybe in the full game, allow the commander to drop down a anti MCC installation that does maybe 1/4th the damage of a single capture point's damage? That way you could drop four of them around, and it would be like having a permanent capture point. Of course they would need to try them to see if they need more or less damage (I imagine it would end up being half the damage of capture points due to the fact that installations can be destroyed) |
