The thing with that is they mean it's inaccurate for representing surgical transition of people from looking like one gender to looking like the other.
Keep in mind however, we are talking about meeting alternate versions of ourselves who were born as the alternate sex. So Adidas from having the right hormones and reproductive organs they would also gave different head shapes as females tend to have smaller skulls than their male counterparts (Same applies for brains), while in general having larger eyes and lips. Keep in mind that when I saw counterparts I speak of people of similar ethnic background as there exists a wide range of attributes between different ethnicities.
