What ever happened to Dust 514 here where some of my dreams ...
I often dreamed when i was on the battle field  looking up to the sky imagining a Eve Online ship entering the
Atmosphere engulfed in flames dropping bombs in a fly by like something out of star wars Y-wing that would have been
an awesome sight not just lasers raining down.
Enormous maps witch would involve each planet type condition, lava, plasma, baren, temperate, gas, oceanic, ice
and storm, making the mercenaries not just fight for systems but for the planet resources, taking over other corporations
command centers or destroying them with a nuclear weapon to build your own.
Planetary intervention would have been sow much more dynamic with Dust 514, this way forcing space corporations to cooperate
with mercenaries and fund wars for resources, defenses or takeover. this would have attached Dust in the co existence of Eve
reinforcing both worlds and universe.
This winter we will have more changes like the new moon harvesting mechanics where we will have more interactions
with the new moon mining and the addition of forgeries for moon drilling and services.
Why not make this same dynamic style of game play with planetary intervention and mercenaries bringing Dust 514
back to life this time on the PS4 platform?
These were some of my dreams hoping developers might integrate these kinds of things into Dust now my Ps3 is doing exactly that collecting Dust, it was the only reason i had a ps3 to play Dust 514.
Dust 514 in my opinion was the best FPS there was with a lot of diversity from the suits, weapons, vehicles ext...
last we herd project legion got scraped and now we get project nova witch goes unheard of and no interaction
with the eve universe at all. i say no i don't want that and if someone agrees post this in a new thread.
Still no station walk baut still no news of Dust 514, Project Legion or Project Nova but witch ever platform this FPS
releases on, i wish for it to be in relation to the eve universe having to do something with planetary intervention resources
and to be able to defend cities or hole empires of invasion something like a strategy game.
All these dreams are obsolete because its never about the players or what the players want, a lot of ppl scream for Dust
but no one hears the call, its never about a game or its players and dreams its always about how much money they can get
off a game.
My mercenary will still be in hibernation but my consciousness is free
