I miss my ELM-7 (I was cheap...) with stacked dmg mods.
I miss the glory days of the galante shotty scout.
I miss BetaMax and Forsaken Immortals.
I miss the original Manus Peak map on Ambush, that pocket behind the ledge was always hiding red berries. Both sides just popping their heads above the ledges until one side would level the other with an orbital strike.
I miss the old cello sound during a kill which was later removed.
I miss that chirp of a locus grenade.
I miss Scotty, even though there was always something wrong with him. It's easy to pick on Scotty.
I miss the hilarity that was Murder Taxi's. I never did it myself but it was always a good laugh when you'd see 5 or so newberries get recked by something that looked like a 15 year-old practicing how to parallel park.
Damn, I just wish CCP would release the code so we can all play again on private servers. |

That drove me nuts as a glass cannon scout having to run the long way around maps. Especially the heavies, drive around, jump out of their car 75m out, summo squat, then drill me with the accuracy of a long rifle...

I miss being so naive to think that the "Receive notifications for this topic" check box meant I'd get an email notification. I think I might have complained on the forums at some point that the feature wasn't working right.
I also miss seeing the overhead map for the first time and thinking "wtf is going on?"
