EVE: Fanfest starts tomorrow, and after almost a year we will most likely get the biggest chunk of Nova related news here.
The news will most likely be during the opening ceremony, which takes place at 5:00 pm GMT.

I think we'd hear something today if CCP is going to mention Nova at all. In any case, I am keeping my expectations low not only to avoid disappointment but to make anything beyond bare mention that much greater.
