I'd go for a PC, especially If you don't have one at he moment as it has multiple uses. PS4 if you are interested in some titles already or have a group to play with

PC is superior in every aspect, unless you rarely have internet access, or have limited data and can't download games.

Except for standardization, and ease.

PC gaming has become just as easy as console gaming in the past few years. With the improvement of software like Steam & Origin, installing and playing games on a PC isn't more complexe than on consoles.
Go for a PC. I haven't turned on my PS4 for an entire year now.

You have to pay for PS Plus to play paid games online on PS4, free games are free to play online however.
Really the PS4 should only be used for playing PlayStation-exclusive games, such as Uncharted 4 and the upcoming Gran Turismo Sport, all other games which you can play on the PC, are better on the PC.
World of Tanks is free to play, and best on PC, lots of great updates, including the graphical kind, have been scheduled for release in 2017. (WoT is also available on PS4 and XB-ONE)

Coming from only PS3, I tried moving to being a PC player as I did not like how PS Plus and an internet connection kind of came required for all PS4 games. I made the move by buying a $600 gaming laptop. Even though there is a ton of titles on PC, I did not like how games needed messed with in the settings to run optimally; I liked just getting it and going. Also, voice chat is not so simple when it comes to some PC games. Long story short, I ended up breaking down and buying a PS4 even though I had spent quite a bit trying to get into PC.
That said, if you really want to play Nova, you will likely have to go with PC.
I cannot be bought, but I can be leased.

I have a ps4 for exclusive games and a PC for everything else, love my pc though. It's a beast at 1080p gaming. |
