I just hope they hit it out of the park, the last time CCP developed their FPS in the dark it didn't go so well.
I've been spoiled too much by transparent companies, letting CCP fester in the dark just never seems like a good idea after the DUST fiasco. And at least then we got to "provide feedback" vs pissing in the wind like we currently are.

This is what drives me crazy most about CCP. In an interview shortly after they announced the closing of DUST they actually had the balls to spin that as a positive, that CCP has no problem dropping projects mid development :/
I guess that's a good line for investors but it's kind of a **** one if you just like the games.

It's all a jumble right now since CCP has shoved so much bullshit down our throats that never ended up being anything, but there was a time shortly after either LolLegion was announced or NullNova came into being, but there was a dev talking about "streamlining" the skill system even more than it already was. I feel like if NullNova becomes a thing, CCP will be so obsessed with making the NPE user friendly that they will strip away anything that made DUST a "thinking mans shooter" and just giving us a basic shooter with an EVE skin.
And lastly, it's kind of ignorant to ask that question seriously when there is so little concrete information for NullNova right now.
