Wow, I am extremely enthused! I have a huge cache of Legos from my childhood that I recently turned over to my 7 year old daughter. Been going through them and organizing it all because it's all scattered in one giant bin. Going to try and create some of these, I definitely have most of these pieces so it's worth a shot!
P.S.- weak Rattati's build you got there.. flush it with drugs!

Not dissing the PLC, that was my main light weapon... actually the only light weapon I really used.
It's the extra HP that I see.
Personally, I had several Rattati builds depending on the situation. None carried extra shield or armor though. It came with extra base armor anyways. Like I said, flush it with drugs, as in adding biotics. Of course many frown upon myofibers because of the vertical bonus introduced, I personally could have gone without it and have.
That being sad, lets skip over to the right side and strap on at least a kinetic catalyzer ( or 2... or 3... or 4) accompanied by the synergistic counterpart, that almighty cardiac regulator!
Next, realize that the suit came with a high armor repair rate ( something like 15/sec?). We could either choose to amplify this strength or leave it as is. Personally I usually added at least one complex armor rep, although 2 armor reps was pretty damn sweet at times!
Next, depending on the slots that are left over, I would strap on dampeners. It astounded me how few assaults refused to run at least one dampener. Often I would throw on 2 or even 3 of them, accompanied by a cloak even. They almost never knew where I went, much less if I even went anywhere.
That's the gist of the suit makeup, biotics + reps + damps. The purpose was to get from cover, to flank, then back to cover relatively quick, yet to also stay in a state of constant motion when in the open.
The other weapons I would throw on were slaylock and nova knives.
Last but not ever forgotten, Thukker gren for those "I need a nade but no time to prime!!" moments. Hives are essential for Thukkerizing, so it was important to have those equipped too.
