You know that's an interesting question. If Nova ever becomes a thing and they do a sort of player council thing... I get the feeling it won't take quite the same form as the CPM. Purely player voted members had led to less than ideal results in the past for Dust so they may change how they do it (That's not to say all of the CPM are terrible, but we did have a few cases where things went pretty bad)

What a wide scale; from "not terrible" to "pretty bad". On that note, where would you rate Soraya as a CPM, Pokey? 
Lol I think you misread my intention. Some CPM were amazing, others total failures, and the rest spread somewhere between.
As for Xel, on a scale of 1-10 I'd rate him as a solid "Ferret" and maybe "Chinchilla" on a bad day.
