What do you guys think,Will the upcoming game (hopefully) Project Nova be a server restricted game like I live in UK hence will i be only be able to play in Europe server or will it be like dust All players in the same server (which I personally prefer).
Since I am new to the forums and this is only my third post i still don't know how to end this.

I am almost positive that you will be able to play with people from anywhere in the world, although there may be localized battle servers to reduce Lag as there was in DUST.
China will probably have its own shard though, as it does in EVE Online, probably due to the Great Firewall or something. The reason it did not in DUST is that Play Station is not popular in China, but there is a lot of PC gamers there, and it is produced in China, so I expect the new PC based FPS will be released in China.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

Why a separate server for Spain?

Regional servers were great when one was not functioning as it should. One server makes me nervous.

Hopefully they'll have a separate battle server for South America. The lag was not okay.
I'm not gonna get into the irritating/shady players, as there were simply a few infamously unpleasant people that caused the rest to be disliked. I doubt nationality was a significant factor, despite the attitude of many PC players. (The language barrier didn't help with diplomacy though)

Hmm, it will be interesting to see what approach they take with this. It also depends whether there will be a click to matchmaking or a lobby with server selection.

Dedicated servers cost more, but as long as the game stays on one platform (PC), I'm about 80% sure they will keep the same sort of system.
It's when you try and have dedicated servers for 4 different platforms (such as Destiny) that it's a better option to use peer to peer connections (in terms of cost)
The downside to dedicated servers is that if there isn't a server close enough to you, everyone else on your screen will lag even if you have an amazing connection to your region (for example if you live in Australia and you have to use a different region's server, giving up 100-200ms ping
The downside of peer to peer is that you can have players from around the world in the same lobby, and it's up to the matchmaking system (instead of you) to put you with players in close proximity to you
