Firstly...
Now that that is out of the way, I am assuming you are someone's alt, but on the outside chance you are a true straggler, I will answer your questions honestly.
The servers have indeed been shut down, and there is no reviving them no matter how many (few?) beg for it. You can't unring this bell. You can find the announcement for the event here.
The next EVE FPS, called Project Nova, will come out one the PC, and little is known about when that will happen. There was a tiny demo, emphasis on both words Tiny and Demo, at Fanfest last year. You can find a video of the demo here.
For anything else, you can search the forums using the search bar for any Nova related discussion. There were many articles about the project, which did offer a few details, or you can Google that as well.
Merry Christmas.

Any double entendre is unintended I assure you.

Rattati thought that it was possible that he might have had an Alpha by the end of 2016, so I can't imagine an Alpha would be in the too distant future.
As far as the game of Dust, unfortunately, servers were shut down. Much of the computation was done server side, so there is no way to bring it back.
Just keep an eye out for Nova news, and maybe get hooked up with the part of the community that has moved on to Discord.

(i tried to find it, but there is nowheer to be found... the only thing that i've found are some vids on youtube...) i really hope that they will release project nova/a demo of it in the public, because this was a great game, with awesome aesthetics. good advice. what site(s) should i visit, in order to stay updated for the nova news? also, do you happen to have any link for the discord of the DUST514 community? thanks https://discordapp.com/channels/144508318667243520/144508318667243520
Hopefully all you need is the link. I am sure Ripley or someone will correct me if I am wrong, and lead you there.
As far as the Demo goes, since the games are hosted on CCP servers, servers would need to be somehow set up privately. Perhaps that has already happened, but I would be surprised if it has and people have kept quiet about it.
