Last week, or was it the week before, one of the Nova developers admitted to working on a game map. That is about as much detail as you are likely to get right now.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

About a week before that Rattati was on Discord stating that they are, and I am paraphrasing here, currently taking our feedback from the demo about building Nova with an EVE/Dust spirit. Or basically taking what they had and building some character and life into the game that have the New Eden flavor.
Feel free to correct me if I remember it wrong.
