I'm bored and insomniac. Your absolute welcome.
Just to conversate I'm back on anti-anxiety medicine and I've never felt so calm. I like how there's a dominoe effect when pain hits but when something helps it only helps that one thing and nothing else.

I don't know about your condition, but anxiolytics are bad for you. Even more if you consider that anything that can be done with an anxiolytic, you can actually do it by yourself without any medicine.
I suffered for at least one year (which I must be honest seemed more like ten years to me) of a slight generalized anxiety disorder followed by panic disorder. Yup, 2013 was a hell of a year, but still managed to get out of that situation without any anxiolytic.
Now, I'm not saying that you should "never" take anxiolytics, but if your condition is similar, you can talk to your medic and get something "healthier".

There was a time in my life after some really messed up **** happened and I was really struggling with anxiety. I finally want to the doctor and was diagnosed with General Anxiety Disorder and I went on anti anxiety medication.
Absolute best thing I ever did for myself. It helped take that edge off and allowed me to actually function like a normal human being and allowed me to spend a lot of time learning how to cope with situations. Eventually I started gradually weening myself off of them until ultimately I stopped taking them completely.
Now of course everyone is different and has different needs, but feel no shame in doing what is necessary to function properly. If you break your leg, you go to the doctor to get it reset and fixed. If you have a broken brain, same deal, go to the doctor and get it fixed. And hey, if someday you can work your way off of the medication and sort it out on your own, more power to you! But don't feel bad if you can't, because everyone is different and may need different things...no shame in that.
Best of luck to you buddy, I sincerely hope whatever path you end up taking leads you to an overall happier lifestyle.

Absolutely agree, on top of that, I'd add that a good psychologist, at least for me, might help a lot. Don't know in the USA, but here I didn't have to pay anything really, so there was really no excuse not to try.

I have high-functioning autism, lyme disease/bartonella, and fibromyalgia. I always had anxiety but before my concussion in 2009, i had a handle on it. There was bullying by people at school, not just students, the staff. Cruelty and brutality is more the word, then a very complicated/more bullying at home from sibling. Then i got my (severe) concussion. Slept for eight months, notvin a coma. We think it was combination of recovery sleep from holding in emotions all that time, and concussion. Woke up, got better. Had a fun summer, tried school again in September. Then the leg pain started. Was weird. Started out hurting extremely bad for about a week, then stopped for a few months.
Then it became constant, couldn't use stairs at school, got weird infections all the time. Doctors were combined i was faking and lazy. By January 2010 i was in so much pain i couldn't get out of bed. Taken out of school. Slept again. I slept for years, technically. Barely eating, barely using bathroom. There are massive gaps in my memory because when i was awake, it was in a fog. Never fully woke up til last year. And when i was awake i was in pain. My whole body. No one outside this house believed me. And now its 2016, I'm no longer 14, I'm an adult. I don't remember being a teenager because i never got the chance. So a whole 7 year gap because i accidentally hit the teachers favorite basketball star with a baseball that first week of gym class.
(threw a pitch that i smacked away and hit him in the face IT WAS AN ACCIDENT!!, so he sets me up to get knocked out the last day of school before vacation) The school covered it up wiping my name and records from the system. To them i never existed. Well fuk you too.
Doctor told me, you are the most complicated patient i have, and have never seen someone as neurologically and medically complicated. You may have something that no one else in the world has.
TLDR, i hate school and have a excuse to be as immature as possible, have a long list of possibles along with chronic pain. My brain hurts talking about myself.

Toomanynames, that's, that's gross. Try looking for Digest Assure or charcotabs. It helps with digestive. So lets say im sensitive to milk. Have ice cream, take two Digest Assure or charcotabs, symptoms clear up mostly. DONT TAKE IT with other medication the charcotabs will absorb the medicine. So if you need to take medicine, take the charcotabs AFTER whatever medicine you took kicks in or wait so it doesn't get absorbed and not work.
Or, if a medication is making you sick you can take them to absorb the medicine on purpose so you don't feel as sick. Or just eat applesauce or pineapple after too that helps with digestive.
