Anyone following should have seen a shift in development philosophy as a sign of a likely end well before that notice. Money in: entertainment out. This was never a savings account. Even if you chose to perceive it as so, then stocks crash too. When I pay for a theater ticket, I expect maybe a 2-hour block of entertainment. That's a reasonable expectation of investment. Expecting additional movies within the foreseeable future for the same price of admission is unreasonable. If you paid three years, I assume you got three years game play and enjoyment. If you did not enjoy the time spent in DUST, that's on you for continually spending money on an unsatisfactory product. I guess I'm no longer concerned with ease of translation. Sure CCP very horribly mismanaged Dust from time to time with first promising a 10 year plan and then maybe shutting down the game for Legion but then not shutting down the game and instead pumping it full of cash grabs to once again shut it down for Legion 2.0 but when it came time for the actual shut down process they more than enough fair warning and took AUR off the market just so that people that missed the announcement still could not buy and feel ripped off. If you don't like it then get off the forums and move on otherwise hang around have some laughs and maybe even get some news about the new game sometime in the future. At the end of the day it was just a lobby shooter with a couple simple modes that let it effect EVE Online in minor ways. Just wait for the new game. I'd consider it pretty much a given that whatever Project Nova becomes will let us keep our characters considering that we still use them now to log into CCP's authentication server to use these forums.
