not everyone has a lot of ISK for the last day or might have run low and can't run tanks/proto tht everyone else is.
I've been giving out random bonus ISK after end of matches every so often to the reddots for past week or so. i'm not gonna burn through 400 proto/exp fit suits in the next 22hours so i don't need the isk and the idea was to use the longest running scam to finish dust off and actually have it work for once lol
