I feel like you and I have been playing two different games these past 4 years :/ Well in regards to Nova people are saying the devs are doing one thing and then that day Rattati ells an interviewer they are doing the polar opposite.... I guess I trust the horses mouth more than the Bittervets? I trust past experiences more than either.

I maintain that it's not so much lazy as it is a continued lack of commitment from CCP as a whole. It's the continuation of a small team with a small budget working at a slow pace. Hiring more staff is the absolute least they could do, one of the big reasons for balance difficulties and design flaws is likely due to having reduced staff and resources.
I mean, since Rouge Wedding this game has barely recieved any actual changes, I mean the DUST team did great with what they had but the point isn't what they did or didn't do, it's what was taken from them by CCP and never returned.

I don't know man. I've seen amazing things from small teams on low budgets. Take Metroid Prime for example, I've never played a game that rivals its quality. I believe CCP is one of those devs who has the capability of being an amazing dev. Problem is they make too many mistakes. Hey I hear you, No Mans Sky and Angels Fall First both have tiny teams with low / no budget, it's just the past 2 years have kind of highlighted the limitations that are imbued upon the team when they have much of their resources and staff pulled away.
Like I said, at this point it's just speculation. We'll just have to see what ends up in the game and how long it takes them to expand it, assuming they do.

They could deliver a great game in project nova and there would still be people proclaiming how they were lied to, or cheated, or somehow CCP ****** up. There is no "shutting up" a ****-talker. I'll kiss CCPs ass when they decide to clean it up a bit and work on their presentation I prefer my nose stays its natural pasty white color, thank you.

I generally don't bash CCP for little bugs or hiccups, but rather long standing habits and overall lack of commitment to their own projects.
I mean I'm definitely up there on the bitter scale but we're just as much to blame as those who refuse to acknowledge the constant failures of CCP as well. People who just cheer them on without making note of the many times they've done or said wrong simply empower that attitude and further ensure that Hilmar gives the minimum required to keep the game afloat.
Ultimately though CCP shouldn't give a flying **** about naysayers, they should be enthusiastic for their own game despite how we feel, otherwise they're just wasting their time. If they're excited for it and they're prepared to invest the money required then the game will do fine if nothing else.
At this point it's a matter of does Hilmar actually give a ****? I mean he essentially shut down DUSTs development 2 years ago, dangled Legion for us then canned that, and is now dangling a new project that he still hasn't even greenlit yet? That's not exactly encouraging :/

The tech demo didn't seem that much more involved than Legions other than players could mess around in it, which is a step up certainly. As I've said repeatedly though, we'll just have to wait and see.
I'll either blast them or praise them on that day, either way I'm guaranteed to make a fool of myself per usual. I just have no faith in CCP right now but I'm too mentally diseased to leave
