Even a special Event like x10 sp/isk would be great, its been setup before, shouldn't be that hard to implement.

That requires a dev to actually log into Dust.
The next time a dev logs into Dust will be to run:
sudo shutdown now
and that is because they will forget to turn off the Dust portion when the Eve servers are restarted on that infamous day. |

They can give extras using the Daily Rewards system...
Can't be that hard, one win gives you 10.000.000 SP and 1000 keys or something like that...

I hate to disappoint you, but seeing as CCP said "rewards for our LOYAL dust players", I think it might be related to how much AUR you spent. (I haven't spent any, though I wish I had)

Chances are high that players are regarded loyal if they remained active and really played the game during the years.
Those people gave content to others, populated the world and were the community.
My word is that's where the real loyalty is, thru thick and dark.
