Read somewhere that there was supposed to be an announcement at Fanfest about how Dust 514 players were to be 'honored' or 'rewarded' or something in the new game. Any news on that? Do I get to keep my name or whatever?
Not meant to be an entitlement post - i paid and had my fun here. Just curious and stuff. Have said elsewhere I'd like to just have all my officer gear as useless junk i can haul around in eve, but i doubt that'll happen lol.

They have mentioned "tiered rewards" in the official announcement, but have not mentioned any specifics since.

They should offer the chance to turn your Dust Character into an Eve Capsuleer.
Maybe take off 50% of the SP or something.
I think it's going to be one of the most fair options given how much they're going to gut Nova.

Considering SP will work much different I highly doubt actual SP will transfer over. There has been some mention of only leveling up a role through use of that role meaning unallocated SP is just not an option because the mechanic may not even exist in the new game.
Maybe some type of special edition booster well above what will be available would work but there is simply no way to know. |

I would like my EvE main to be able to play Nova!
But yeah it would be good if Alena Asakura could finally play EvE as well. |
