Fellow mercenaries,
We have come a long way from #PortDUST514. We've seen some... interesting... art, memery the likes of which has never been seen, support, and recognition. CCP Shanghai has delivered upon we what asked for: they are shared with us the future of DUST 514. As we all expected, DUST 514 will be sunset soon, but it now has a chance to live on in a spiritual successor represented by project nova.
Notice I did not say EVE: Nova. This is a project as Rattati stated here. "It's a project, not a product." Given, this project has made it further than Legion ever did. It has a very solid foundation and is being given "overwhelmingly positive" reviews by players at fanfest, even in a pre-alpha state.
We may have taken several key objectives, but we have not yet won the day.
When I asked CPM Darth Carbonite if there was anything we the fans could do to help; Social media, forum support, anything. His reply was "Hilmar has the final say, so bombard him with happy thoughts and wishful thinking."
So that is what I intend to do, and I welcome your assistance. We all know one mercenary rarely earns his team a victory. It takes a group effort. Tell Hilmar however you choose to via whatever social media platform you use, or simply post here on the forums, that you support Project Nova. That you want to see it become more that just a project. That you want it allotted the resources it so deserves.
We have them down to less than a dozen clones and deep into MCC armor. We're less than 100 WPs from a warbarge strike. Finish this and let's go home.
