Also the reason Warframe on the PS4 gets all the updates a month or more late is because every update has to go through verification with Sony, which is the same process that slowed down every single patch deployment with Dust 514.
Warframe is a client-side hosted primarily PvE game, though. For Project Nova to work, both games would have to be updated to the same version, which would mean that now PC players would be forced to sit through those long waits just to support an inferior platform.

Galente can use blasters or railguns Caldari can use railguns or blasters Galente also focus on drones where caldari focus on missiles. It's the same weapon family. In the same way the amarr have a scrambler rifle and laser rifle. It's a laser weapon. your not a true galente if you don't use rails along with blasters. Only a true Gallente would skew the former relations between the Caldari and the Gallente. As well as not even having the ability to spell his own factions name. The Federation really has brainwashed their "free" people. lol It's interesting to watch the mental cavorting of people trying to justify something that just doesn't bear justification. :)
Yeah, as someone who plays EVE, Caldari and Gallente use the same weapon tech. Gallente just augment with Drones.
Interesting tidbit of lore there is that the Gallente were actually forced to develop remote operated Drones to curb the losses they were taking from the Caldari developing starfighters. Those little one-man starfighters were really deadly in large groups and the Gallente relied on large, heavily armored ships, so they were challenged in trying to fight them.
You also clearly missed the interviews where CCP Rattati has stated that in Nova you don't start off as a member of any of the 4 factions. You start out as an independent with no affiliations, assumedly as part of Arkombine and thus Upwell Consortium.

This game looks like Killzone, trust me, that is a huge compliment. It looks like the dust game we should have got a couple years ago. It does have that killzone vibe
CCP Rattati has stated MANY times that the game will have a more meaningful link to EVE then Dust 514 did as soon as the crucial shooting mechanics are nailed down. A link based around economics and resources both games provide that are essential for the other.
Territorial combat and a system similar to Planetary Conquest are also confirmed to be first priorities after the most important parts of the game are finished.
