I wish the starter fits would be toughened up,
I want to use officer gear before the game dies but it is usually boring as because I usually just slaughter crappy suits, the annoying dust particles/atmospheric effect would probably kill them anyway.
dust514 is NOT a team sport like football, Most players would make their team lose if it got their squad more kills.

So you want to use officer but you won't cause newbs. You can sorta let them get away and target k.os & officers. The best place to find other proto & officer IMHO is Acq. Skirm is ripe with newbs, don't play bush, Dom is second to Acq were you'll find dudes in higher tier gear.

Highly disagree.
Acq is full of noobs and skirm and Dom have higher tiered.
Although I think time zones have to do as well
In the morning for me (11-16 eve) I play against top tiered players like bell gator, etc.
Later in the day I play against noobs. Yesterday I went 40/1 against noobs

I play usually between 1-111PM, with some corpmates. My experience is when I'm squaded running Dom/Acq we get more higher tier players, Skirm you'll see higher tier ADV gear, lets say an ADV sent with proto weapons, it varies cause i hate Dom and have more options in Acq. But its about equal between Dom/Acq that you'll get better fights at least for me.

But that's the only way I can get any kills; is to go up against newbies in starter fits!
