I'm just watching the movie "John Wick" and at around 1:14:15 into the movie you can see on of the bad Russian guys playing Dust 514! WTF O.O?!

I'm surprised people are still finding this and thinking it's something we don't know about.
It's part of why we joke about "laser focus" because in order for that footage to be in the film it was submitted to them during the period following CCP Praetorian's statement that they were "laser focused on the PS3".
So while focused on the PS3 they sent footage of their PC-only game to the Director of that film and it was included.

I was sitting here saying to myself, "No, that was after the Legion announcement" and realized that you are correct it would have had to be sent during the filming of the movie which may not quite go back to "Laser Focused" but it is definitely very close.

I think this just made me a little more mad at CCP. For some reason in all the chaos of FF14 I never really thought about how long before that they had started working on Legion. |

Well I've never seen a post about that here on the forums. But on the other hand maybe it was during one of my dust timeouts...

Was exciting at the moment though :)
I think the take-home lesson here (and more importantly, why LEGION was discontinued) is don't play LEGION or you get a sniper round to the head. After so many beta players were lost, what else can a developer do but nix the whole thing? I think that's reasonable, and I respect CCP for protecting their player base.
For those about to CCP, I salute you. Thank you for keeping the sniper fire away from my brain.
