Pretty much everybody at some point in their life has referred to another person in a derogatory manner. This does not mean we can conclude that everyone is racist.
Negative stereotypes is not a symptom of racism; it is a symptom of basic observation coupled with a generalized view of another person. Think of the negative stereotypes associated with people who smoke weed or people who are in Fraternities or Sororities.
Would you say that a person talking down about people who smoke weed by using false stereotypes is being racist?
There is something really wrong with people like you. A couple of days ago I was in a squad with one other person and that person was asking me what the new Eve-based FPS game is going to be called. I told him no official name has been announced but some people are calling it Eve:Phoenix. I told the kid that I am choosing to call it Eve:Taco.
The moment I said I was calling it Eve:Taco the kid told me that the name was racist. I immediately busted out laughing at how stupid this kid was and asked him to explain to me how that was racist. That kid couldn't give any reason as to why he thinks calling the new game Eve:Taco is racist but he did state that only two countries in the entire world eat tacos, one of which being Puerto Rico (which isn't even an independent country).
At first I thought the situation was funny but later on I realized that there are actually dumbass people like that walking around who for some ****** up reason have a right to vote.

(Anecdotal situation) Negative stereotypes comes from a lack of information and willful ignorance. In the event that it applies to ethnicity, it is racism. I didn't mean to use it as blanket statement of "this=that 100% of the time". It depends on the situation. And I know plenty of stoners that are cool and productive people.
No, it is not racism if a negative stereotype applies to ethnicity.
Since I was a little kid I have always heard people of all races apply negative stereotypes to ditsy, blonde white girls. (ex. How do you drown a blonde, white girl? Put a scratch-n-sniff sticker at the bottom of a swimming pool.) For the white people who used those negative stereotypes towards the stupid white girls would you consider them to be racists against their own race?
Think of the people who commit mass shootings in America. It seems like 95% of those people are white and when that rare moment occurs when the gunmen isn't white people are shocked by it.
Why is that?
Because people in America of all races have acknowledged the stereotype that white people are the ones that go crazy and start shooting everyone. Does this mean everyone is racist who stereotypes white people as most likely to go on a shooting spree?
Would you consider me racist against white people (keep in mind I am white) simply because I am able to use stereotypes to insult white people?
Just think about all of this for a moment.
Understand that this world is full of unbelievably stupid people. Those stupid people spread their ignorance to other people like a plague. The people who end up getting infected with such ignorance are those who can't simply put together an independent thought of their own and instead adapt the thoughts of someone else regardless of how ridiculous it is.
Listening to what other people have to say will take you far in life but being able to spot ignorant ******** will take you further.
