I'm bumping this thread, because it really is about time we got some free sh*t.
It was gracious on CCP's part, to give us plenty of notice that they're shutting the game down, but it's April now and with less than two months to go, it's about time.
I've never spent so much of my time, or money, on a single game before and it's been an absolute blast. However, I'm now well on my way to collecting 7,000 strongboxes, which will likely never be opened. Let me open them CCP, I beg you. Give me a Decrypter Key Blueprint and then I'll have enough ISK and guns to see me through to the end in style. |

I've never given CCP any sh*t. I love them. With DUST 514 they've given me one of the best gaming experiences of my life.
Why should they give us free stuff?
To reward us for our loyalty and keep us onboard for the next project. Personally, I've spent a lot of money on this game and even though we all know the game has ended, we're all still here. Still playing. Until the bitter end.
Also, because of the aforementioned plethora of unopened strongboxes.
Why do I ask?
I ask because unlike most developers, CCP listens. |

The reason for bumping it was to gather support from my fellow players, but it seems like some of you are in a very negative frame of mind with regard to the game and it's developers.
Also, I believe in what I'm saying. I have thousands of strongboxes and would like them opened. Now.
Would it really be that hard to give us some more keys?

I actually submitted a ticket requesting help opening our strongboxes before "the end" (ie. more keys).
And I got a friendly and polite "no", in response.  |
