The Division's servers only track player health and gear unlocks. Everything else is handled client-side and the server performs no checks.
What this means is that it's currently possible to do such things as give your gun near-limitless ammo, remove your recoil, and set your cone-of-fire to zero such that you can basically just hose down other players without them having a prayer of retaliation.
However, that's only possible on PC.
So how about that "PC Master Race" now, huh?

Bad console ports are bad. Another game ruined by peasant devs. 
Course it's still only in beta. Maybe they'll pull their head out of their ass before release.

It is also possible to make yourself invisible and give your weapon near infinite damage and your armour near-infinite health and skill power.
Everything has to come to an end, sometime.

up until this current gen (ps4/xbone) i have been able to play pirated games, with trainers/cheats online.
though i have been out of the console modding scene for a while, i have no idea what is possible now.
in my experience it is a constant cycle of "company paying to police/update it" VS "hacker community interest/determination".
