I'm having a tough time figuring out if this is a serious post or not.

You know what? I'll bite. I'll assume this is a serious post by the OP.
No, it's not going to happen. The ISK that you earned in Dust will never transfer over for economic reasons. The value of ISK in Dust is vastly different than that of Eve Online plus the fact that CCP clearly saw how seriously exploited Dust was in terms of ISK generation compared to Eve.
In Eve, ISK generation is kept relatively under control. In Dust, there was no control. ISK was just too easy to come by.
There are hundreds of thousands of playable accounts right now and some of them have hundreds of millions of ISK in each of them. Some of them were even farming accounts. That's a serious amount of ISK being injected into the Eve economy. And since CCP is overly protective of the economy, the transfer of ISK from Dust to Eve is never going to happen.
The only way you will see Eve transfer ISK to another game is if the New Eden FPS for PC creates a very stable economy of its own that blends well and balances well with the Eve economy which will likely take years from now anyways.

All the ISK in Dust would have a seriously minimal effect on Eve. Most Dust characters do not even have enough ISK to pay for 1 month of game time little less have a negative effect on the Eve economy as a whole.
I shall refer you to Jadek Menaheim's post on passive warbarge farming.

Besides, you are forgetting that CCP is extremely skittish (if not downright paranoid) about injecting too much ISK into the economy. Only they know how much ISK each player has, not you, since they can see the raw data directly. You are simply ignoring the possibility that there is too much ISK in circulation. The fact that players are willing to spend 30-40 million ISK for a single APEX suit or as much as 150-250 million ISK for Templar codes is very telling. PC District locking in the past has contributed to the rise in ISK and CCP has still not removed any ISK from those who exploited the system. Let's also not forget about the recycled alts as you can see in the following link.

Behold, ladies and gentlemercs. The anatomy of an individual who doesn't get it.

Oh I just remembered something. Someone might be able to help you with what you're looking for.

It's going to cost you though. ;)
Keep in mind this is technically not injecting ISK into the Eve economy.

Justice Darling wrote:I can get eve players to move my ISK for half of the cost to eve for me if i want, as is i have 3 bil in eve already so its not the isk its self per se! its the fact that i worked hard for the money and i want to keep it. With both my toons i have somewhere around 200mil isk give or take on any given day. I know there are peeps out there with tons more due to alt farming and what not who cares 500mil from one psn account isnt that much 10x who cares it isnt going to hurt eve at all, I've seen peeps make way more then that just by logging in 3 alts in eve every night for 15mins each, then you look at incursion and the isk we are talking about isnt even close to what you can make working a day of incursions. If its really that big of a deal limit the isk from PSN per IP so no one can go over 500mil and like i said before it cant go on a toon younger then 1yr or 6month of age, for those that started playing eve due to dust. I know CCP its a lot of work to support a game you gave up on over a year ago, and I'm almost 100% there's no way in hell there going to waste any more time with dust, that being said should be to hard to allow isk from dust to eve simple script should do all the work for you!
Bro, I paid over $200 on this free-to-play game and I'm not at all concerned about losing my SP, ISK, Assets or even my BPOs. The only thing I just want to keep is my name. That's it. I got my money's worth out of this game already and once May approaches, I'm going to start burning through my remaining assets as well as my ISK because 'Dust is Dead'.
I also worked hard for my SP (rarely used boosters) but even I don't care about it. At the very least I'm getting tiered rewards (whatever that may be).
