(Assume uplinks on all suits)
#5 Minmatar scout, get links out fast, hack fast, maybe grab some kills
#4 Caldari Commando, Crush noobies with rail rifles, and the best AV option that can sustain links.
#3 Amarr Logistics, Best uplinks in the game limit all the time the scrubs on your team spend in the penalty box. (of course you run the risk of a faster clone out)
#2 Gallente Logistics, Even a good team play better with lots of uplinks and the best scans in the game. For dumb scrubs these are both a big boon.
And the number 1 suit
A rattati's with scans and uplinks.
I haven't actually tried this yet, but theoretically the worst team you can imagine would benefit the most from a suit like this. This could do everything your garbage team can't! Scans, links, a beast AR to slay infantry, and two light weapons could even leave you room for AV.

ratti's and frames... all the links and scans in the world cant stop the stomp when your blues are getting massacred.
but drop one of these one man army suits in thier path and you can stop the advance while your team gets it together.
if your team can somewhat kill and just needs a helping hand. i would add am sentinel+freedom hmg along side the gal and min logi's.
personally i would only run the am logi, calmando, and min scout to focus on specific match problems stopping our team from progressing. not really as frontline support.

Since I only have min suits, I usually turn the tide with my slaying Min Logi or my Min scout.
