Note: I pretty much copied and pasted this from my WR post, so if you've already been there, there's no need the rest. Well, actually I will add a little bit to the bottom, it'll mainly be details about the tournament, and wondering if anyone would be willing to record/do a commentary over the fights, like those guys you hear talking during sports.
If I were to return to dust for about a week, which is about the average time a return policy holds (if I read correctly), how many of the old school awesome pilots would temporarily return for an ADS tournament?
I'm contemplating getting a PS3 for a bit, fighting/hosting it, then returning it immediately afterwards. But if I do this stuff, I want to make sure that at least a lot of the best pilots will be there, nothing short of edge of my seat excitement will do.
I also want to take the time to point out that I promise nothing on returning, only that I'm considering it for this possible tournament should enough awesome pilots sign up. Also, if someone decides to do this without me, and I can't do it, I could possibly use weird magical ghost voodoo powers to send all my money to be the grand prize for each bracket (maybe).
NOTE: this is the additional part I mentioned above. The details on the tourney IF I get it going will be a singular rocket bracket, and a rail bracket. Neither side will be allowed to run the opposite turret, as that would be highly unfair if a rail participated in the rocket league. Also, is there like a group of folks who'd be willing to comment on it during the fight, like what you see in sports.

Well, this wasn't the turnout I was hoping for. It was the turnout I was expecting though.

To be honest, I have no idea. I haven't logged on dust in a while. I should definitely look into that though, assuming it happens.

I'll check with my corp on that. But I'm fairly well connected with the dust community, so in the possible event that we get enough of the awesome pilots back to participate, I don't think it will be a huge problem.

I wouldn't recommend it... shields can recharge through it, and armor against blasters... lol.
