You gota think of this from a business standpoint. When everyone else got fired from Dust, folks like Wolfman got promoted up the chain. Those people weren't let go to my knowledge, just moved over to Legion development. This is a continuation of that project. They aren't going to ask him to just move aside for Rattati.
In business your position is based more on seniority than ability. Those guys has seniority. So they may find something for Rattati to do, but I highly doubt he keeps the power he had. His project is dead, now he's getting shuffled over to somebody elses.
Which, again.... makes the game not worth playing. Rattati was the only one capable of making intelligent decisions for the game.
I wouldn't jump to such conclusions and you also have to consider the possibility that Wolfman might personally decide to let Rattati take control because of his reputation with Dust. Or they might decide to work together. We don't know.

That is Rattati's profile. You'll see some changes here soon enough if you are right about Rattati not being able to handle it anymore.
Also, you are kind of discrediting the efforts of other devs in CCP if you're imlying that anything not involving Rattati is not worth your time. Other devs have been known to do pretty well. CCP Seagull is handling Eve Online in an awesome way and everyone likes her because of her work. Let's also not forget the ones mentioned in the Dev Spotlights who directly worked on Dust.

If you get a chance to go to Fanfest this year, put in a good word for Rattati to Hilmar, Wolfman, and Rouge. But honestly I don't think Rattati will be let go. He has been working at CCP in various positions since 2007 or 2008. It's likely they'll just reassign him again.

Before anyone else jumps to this conclusion, has anyone even bothered asking Rattati if he himself wants to lead the team behind this new game? I mean, ultimately it's his decision on whether or not he wants to accept even if they did offered it to him.
