I spent Aurum (accidentally) on Warbarge Upgrades that were expected to be released but never were. The game took the AUR, the feature was abandoned, and now I sit and wonder if I can petition a refund? Anyone else spend money on the Warbarge? All those empty slots... am I just added out?

People were getting refunds during the Legion announcement. I really don't believe you have a strong case though.
Also I applaud CCP for removing all means of spending any more money on this game.

If I may, sir or madam, I would like to direct you to the forum archives. The topic of refunds was covered extensively by the old playerbase, and was quite entertaining. Simply click SEARCH right beside FORUM INDEX and type refunds in the search bar. You also have the option of reading the Dust ToS/EULA for yourself, which is also mildly entertaining.
If you are not interested in any of this, and are wondering what the f*ck I'm talking about and just want your refund, I will tell you that any sort of refund issues are not the responsibility of CCP, and must be taken up with Sony, per the ToS/EULA. Which you agree to and sign by playing Dust.
Unless of course the ToS/EULA was changed, but being as how the responsibility of refunds was most likely dictated by the 10 year contract or whatever that CCP has with Sony, I highly doubt that portion of our ToS/EULA with CCP would change.
Anyway, good luck. Definitely send CCP a ticket, you never know. |
