I'll try to remain as polite as possible, as you seem to be unfamiliar with quarterly projections and how accounting works for capital gain based companies.
Your NDA agreement expires, and does not have any consequences or repercussions of consequence of a breach for yourself personally. The worst that could have happened to you; being thrown off a sham council on a game that's ending anyway. In short, you're a temp. You have 0 financial tie to the company.
As it would pertain to the long term status of the council, again it has zero consequence. CCP, can choose to end CSM/CPM position and bodies at any point in time. As, they are are a quarterly based company, they are not concerned with long-term investments. Ruining the reputation of the CPM for future use would not matter, as CPMs have been removed from the council before and investigated for corruption already. Protecting the position means nothing as it can be eliminate without cause at any reason, because you are a temp.
If you were to provide me evidence of you collecting data, or performing as a liaison to CCP development on behalf of the community; I'd gladly remove my label of you as a "puppet". Until then, you have betrayed the playerbase you pledged to represent to side with a company that has committed the last and ultimate disgrace to it's customers.
As a former CPM; a simple NDA break can easily lead to more player feedback ever again. I have had a brush with this once before; and while I do have to say the environment was far less hostile when I left am I pretty sure the weight of such consequences where tolled over the current cpm's heads.
Aeon chose right by remaining a player voice of great weight in CCP's ears and with the CPM being proven more right than wrong; and trustworthy of CCP's attention gives not only them more credence and power but in turn gives you the player-base more of that power too.
There are ways to criticize people to improve them and the things they do; and there is outright meandering that only makes the harrier feel good about themselves for a short while.

My worst problem for me lately as a hobbyist pc repairman.
At least I know I can disable the update now.

To note generally yes numbers do exist; Forums while approx 10% (multiple games have similar levels) of players participate in social circles that can be monitored mostly have reflected and represents the in game players opinions. Then throw in player track-able meta-numbers in game activity generally does reflect complaints about broken meta.
Overall it is not that useful to continue to track said numbers though where more efforts can be made discussing and giving context to the meta numbers instead then the best way to address it if needed.

Hackers are people who examine the code and figures out the exploits. The sorta people that found out everything was stored client side on the division.
Script kiddies are the folks that downloads products hackers make. Far too often most script kiddies dont know how the hack works.
99% of people who claim they hack are script kiddies.
