That's completely wrong. It's not a terrible game in and of itself, the way some of the things that are implemented, the bad matchmaking, the bugs, glitches and all those doohickeys are the things that are terrible. Not the core gameplay.

Only in some cases. For myself, I don't even have an SSD yet I have perfectly fine framerates. At least until the latinos show up...

Unfortunately, they're unplayable because even on a brand new PS3 bought specifically for the task, with an SSD installed in the desperate hope of better performance, the game is still incredibly laggy.
I've noticed that the only time I lag is when I play against latino corps, other than that I'm usually fine.
