People keep stealing my loot too. I killed a guy yesterday but when I got to his body it was empty. I didn't even see the looter. He must have been using invisibility. Where do I buy invisibility?
Are there any cool capes for sale? I see people flying around so there must be capes. Some people are using bullet time on me because it gets slow then I die. What level is bullet time? Is it an easy quest?
How do I find a good guild? Is Bragian Order a good one? They talk stupid in there a lot. Kthxbai

Just like to make a few suggestions so that your Dust experience is much better!!!
1. So the mining thingy is a bit complicated and lot of new guys always seem to mess it up lol. Firstly, each rock has its own META level and low level mining tools will have little to no effect on the stronger rock types. Furthermore, you actually need to melee the object first, loosening the materiel, before your beam can begin extracting the ore. My best advice is to stay in the redline and just keep punching rocks and then using your mining beam. It might take a bit of time but once you find a vein of ore it is well worth it! FYI ORE is randomly generated on each map to stop exploitation and farming.
2. Money is actually not that hard to find silly :P . Furthermore, this community is very generous. Best advice is just message anybody and everybody for some ISK, especially after games. Lastly, there is actually an active message bug so just keeping sending those messages. Most likely the player did not receive your message then being stingy.
3. Body loot bug (reported and being work on as we speak) Whenever, this happens file a support ticket to CCP. This is actually quite serious because you're missing out on a great loot system and awesome gear.
4. Invisibility is actually in-game hacking. Report immediately to CCP for cheating and breach of EULA.
5. Capes do exist and I will happily give you one 
6. Bragian Order is a great guild and you are really lucky to start off in it! If a player tries to recruit you to another guild. DO NOT ACCEPT!!! It will most likely be a scam.
7. Bullet time is a quest and it actually takes a fair amount of time to complete. Requires LvL 5 drop-suit command and three proto basic suits unlocked just to even find the quest. Message me in-game and I will help you complete it.
