Explosive, Projectile, and Hybrid Rail Weapons have increased damage vs armor, but lower damage vs shields:
- Forge Guns (well Placed Shots)
- Heavy Machine Guns (Asault HMG gets good Range and Damage, Vanilla is great DPS...avoid Burst...it doesn't like working all the time)
- Rail Rifles
- Combat Rifles
- Mass Drivers
- Sniper Rifles (for if you can get them at long-range with others in squad voiced up to finish them off)
- Magsec SMG
- SMG
- Locus Grenades
- Remote Explosives
Are your most common sources of these Damage Types Additionally, High Alpha-Strike Damage can be useful
- Shotguns
- Nova Knives
- Triple Myofibril Stimulant Melee Attacks (Especially on Commandos)
- Plasma Cannons
As well, any vehicle mounted weapon will make short work of them in the right hands, just be sure to know when to get out of dodge with a vehicle. Or you could try hitting them, it's not an insta-kill (thank gods that went away a long time ago) but it will do a large amount of damage.
When engaging them, try to observe their weapon and fight them accordingly If it is a Service Rifle (Scrambler, Assault, Rail, or Combat Rifles) try to sneak up on them using a high-damage weapon, or find cover and engage them popping in and out.
If it they are using an HMG try to outrange them by staying >50 meters away from them
In Close Quarters use REs to set traps, and grenades to flush them into the trap...or find away to get around them with a shotgun, nova knives, or myo-boosted melee attacks.
Try to engage them at the same time as a friend (or if no friends are available, any random blueberry will do)...both concentrate fire on the same target, using any tactic other than the RE trap listed above.
Khanid Logi and Tanker, sometimes AV Heavy or Sniper.

Any Rifle will do. Combat and Rail Rifles work the best. Bolt Pistol if you can poke.
If you have any available cover, Core Locus is the best option.

Depends really... What suit are you using?
I know if you're shield based... It's not going to be quick.... You gotta be smart.
Abuse your recharge and work that armor down. Don't challenge unless you are near a few walls...
Fitting wise, it should be built for CQC... 3 regs and 70+ sHP/s is how you'll win :P
Remember! Most CQC weapons ARE anti-armor after all :D
