I smell hidden agenda with you. You don't want to lose it to the timezone its on? So, if you give it to someone you are saying they can't change the zone or?
Secondly, there are not many corps who can field a full 16 man team. Just saying. There are so few people playing that are apart of PC and I'd say more than 50% are corp hoppers so to expect a full 16 man team is absurd. If those are your requirements then you should require your corp never field any ringers, as well as your alliance. Otherwise, you're not setting an HONORABLE example of your demands.

Who cares if he's their top player? If you really wanted to do anything about it you'd have him removed. His name is taboo'd so its not like anyone would accept his app anyway. LOL
